This exclusive, recently constructed holiday villa is
located in a quiet location surrounded by greenery in the township of Kali
on the Island of Ugljan, near Zadar. The sea is about 500 m away. A restaurant
owned by the host and shop can be found within 20 m. Private car parking
is available beside the house. Boat moorings are available in a nearby
marina. The host does not live in this building. The villa contains 4 high
quality furnished apartments and 2 rooms rated 1st category (****), all
with sat TV, air conditioning, granite and parquet flooring, and terraces
with fantastic views to the town and open sea. Use of washing laundry machine
can be arranged with the host. House pets are not welcome. The hosts are
renowned caterers and most cordially invite you to their newly opened restaurant
offering Dalmatian specialties.

approx. 30m2 in size, is located on the 2nd floor and contains a double
bed room, a single room with two individual beds, bathroom, kitchen with
dining area, sat TV, air conditioning unit and furnished terrace with a
view to the sea.

approx. 50m2 in size, is located on the 1st floor and contains a double
bed room with supplementary sleeping space, bathroom, kitchen with dining
area, supplementary sleeping space, sat TV, air conditioning unit and large
furnished terrace with a view to the sea.

approx. 50m2 in size, is located at ground level and contains a double
bed room with supplementary sleeping space, bathroom, kitchen with dining
area, sat TV, air conditioning unit and furnished terrace with a view to
the sea.

approx. 20m2 in size, is located on the 2nd floor and contains a double
