This holiday house is located in an exceptionally attractive
and idyllic location in Gradac right beside the sea and central fine pebble
beach. A terrific seaside promenade passes immediately in front of this holiday
house. The settlement of Gradac is located 35 km south of Makarska, halfway
between Split and Dubrovnik. A restaurant is situated in-house on ground level,
while a shop can be found within 50 m. Parking can be found in front of the
house and in a public parking area 150 m away from the house. The house contains

available for use. House pets are not welcome.
