This rather attractive holiday house is located in a romantic
and tranquil location in Topid, a small, typically Istrian community not far
from the town of Rabac, and approximately 12 km away from the town of Labin -
the cultural and historic centre on the east coast of Istria. Countless swimming
opportunities are offered along the coastline while a wide variety of sports and
recreation possibilities can be found in Rabac. A shop can be found within 500 m
and restaurants are located in Labin. Built in 1927, this holiday house was
recently fully renovated and contains one apartment rated 1st category (***). It
is situated on a 2.500 m2 enclosed property with garden. Since the house is
centrally heated, it is suitable even during the colder seasons of the year. The
landlords do not dwell in this holiday house. Parking is located in front of the
holiday house. A barbecue is available for use in the garden. House pets are
welcome.

located at ground level. It contains two double-bed rooms, a single-bed room,
