This rather charming holiday house is located in a quiet
yet attractive setting in the Town of Rovinj - the tourist centre of Istria,
amidst a pine forest not far from a local tourist resort. The centre of
Rovinj and seaside promenade is situated within 200 m. of the house. Shops
and restaurants can be found within 150 m. Taxi boats, only 150 m away,
ferry guests to the island of St. Katarina and Red Island - both islands
boast pebble beaches. Boats depart every half hour. One part of Red Island
is reserved for nudists. Other bathing opportunities are located within
500 m and include beaches with paved plateaus. Boat moorings are available
in Rovinj Marina. Guests are left to enjoy in this high quality furnished
bungalow completely to themselves. Two car parking spaces are located within
the house yard. A garden barbecue can be found within the large garden.
House pets are welcome.

Bungalow No. 1 for 8-10 persons, 120 m2 floor area,
contains two rooms with double bed, one room with separate beds and sat
TV, a room with bunk beds, two bathrooms, washing machine, open style kitchen
with microwave oven, dining area with direct access to covered terrace
and large garden table, lounge room with fireplace, sat TV, air conditioning,
two supplementary sleeping spaces and rather spacious covered terrace with
seating furniture. Although the forest obscures the view to the sea and
old town centre, in summer it creates a pleasant shaded environment.
