walkway within the pedestrian zone of Lapad Bay. The old town center of
Dubrovnik is only 10 minutes away via public transport. "Nova" taxi boats
operate almost incessantly, taking you to the heart of the old town center
of Dubrovnik and the Elafitic Islands. A private beach and sunbathing terrace
with sun lounges is located in front of the house. A multitude of cafes,
restaurants and shops can be found along the entire walkway only 50 m from
the house. Public parking is located approximately 300 m away. Boat moorings
(buoys) are available in front of the house or in the nearby marina. The
house contains 4 exquisitely furnished apartments rated 1st category (****).
A wellness program is available 24 hours per day and includes an open air
Jacuzzi pool for 16 people with a view to the sea, with heated water and
a Finnish Sauna and out door showers. The house also contains a garden
barbecue and a number of furnished terraces. All apartments are air conditioned,
fitted with a dishwasher, microwave oven, ceran cooker, mini bar, espresso
machine, ISDN connection for computers, telephone, sat TV, DVD player with
surround sound system, as well a large selection of DVD films. Transfer
to and from Dubrovnik airport is prearranged, while delivery of airplane
tickets is available for guests from Zagreb. House pets are not welcome.
