tranquil location in Selce, next to Crikvenica approximately 200 m away from the
sea. Shops are located in the centre of Selce, about 300 m away, and restaurant
can be found within 100 m. This holiday house contains one apartment and 4 rooms
rated 1st category (***). Breakfast is included in room hire. Private parking in
front of the holiday house. Boat moorings can be obtained in Selce harbour, but
are not included in the price. Garden barbecue. Use of clothes washing machine
is available. Smaller house pets are welcome in the apartment only.

 Apartment no.1 for 4-5 persons is
located on ground level. It contains two double-bed rooms, bathroom, toilet,
open style kitchen with living area, sat TV, sofa bed for one person, and a
furnished terrace with a limited view to the sea.

Rooms no.2-3 for 2 persons are located on the 1st floor and contain a
double-bed, bathroom, refrigerator, as well as a balcony with seating furniture
and a lovely view to the sea.
