This rather attractive, recently renovated holiday house
is located in an idyllic yet quiet location in Crikvenica, approximately
50 m from the seas and beach. Shops and restaurants can be found within
100 m, while the very center of Crikvenica and Selce is 1000 m away. Guests
can chose from three spacious apartments rated 1st category (***). There
is also a large groomed garden with Mediterranean vegetation. Parking is
located in front of the house. Boat moorings are available in front of
the house, but are not included in the price. Use of washing machine is
available. Garden barbecue is available. House pets are welcome only in
apartment No.3.

 Apartment No.1 for 2-5 persons is located on the 1st
floor. It contains a double-bed room, bathroom, open style kitchen with
dining area and large living room, two three seater couches which open
up into a bed, sat TV and large furnished terrace with a view to the sea.

Apartment No.2 for 2-5 persons is located on the 2nd
floor. It contains a double-bed room, bathroom, open style kitchen with
dining area and large living room, two three seater couches which open
up into a bed, sat TV and large furnished terrace with a view to the sea.

Apartment No.3 for 2-3 persons is located in a separate
garden bungalow. It contains a double-bed room with supplementary sleeping
space, sat TV, bathroom, kitchen with brunch table and furnished garden
terrace.
