This rather attractive holiday house is located in an
exceptionally attractive and secluded location in Lopar/San Marino,
approximately 600 m away from the most beautiful “Dubac” and “Sahara” sand
beaches. In fact, this is the closest building available to these untouched
natural bays. Restaurants and Shops can be found within 600 m. On-site parking
is available. Boat moorings can be obtained in the port, but are not included in
the price. This holiday house contains one apartment rated 1st category (***).
House pets are not welcome.

Apartment no.1 for 4-5 persons, 70 m2 of floor area, is
located on the 1st floor. It contains two double-bed rooms while an additional
bed can be found in one of the two rooms, bathroom with clothes washing machine,
open-style kitchen with dining and living area, sat TV, as well as a large
terrace with seating furniture and a panoramic view to the sea and pristine
nature.
