This rather attractive holiday house is
situated in a tranquil location in the
old town center of Rab close
to the sea and beach. Numerous shops, restaurants and cafes can be found in the
immediate vicinity. As with all houses in the town centre, onsite parking is not
available. By acquiring a parking permit, however, you can park in designated
areas without charge. Boat moorings are available in Rab harbour but are not
included in the price. This house contains two apartments rated 1st category
(***). House pets are welcome.

 Apartment no.1
for 4-5 persons, approx. 50 m² floor area, is located on ground level. It contains two double-bed rooms,
bathroom, kitchen with dining area, one additional bed, sat TV and large garden
terrace.

Apartment no.2
for 2-4 or 4-6 persons, approx. 70 m² floor area, is a two storey unit located on the 1st floor and attic.
On the lower level is one room with double bed and bathroom. Another double-bed
room can be added to this apartment if required. On the upper level is a mini
kitchen, living room with sofa bed for two persons, sat TV and air conditioning
unit, as well as a large terrace with seating furniture and a view to the old
town and sea.
