This family home is located in a quiet location in the
upper area of the old town center close to Rab
cathedral. The house is located close to the sea and beaches, a variety
of shops, restaurants and cafes. As with all homes in the town center,
there is no private parking available. By acquiring a parking permit, however,
you can park anywhere in town without charge. A boat mooring is available
in Rab harbor but is not included in the price. The house contains 1 apartment
with Ist category rating (***) for up to 6 persons and the rooms can be
separately let.

has three double bed rooms, all with WC/shower, a large kitchen with dining
room and terrace.
