This rather attractive holiday house is located in Nin, a
small town approximately 15 km away from Zadar. Nin is situated in a bay with
wonderful extensive sandy beaches and peloid deposits (medicinal mud). Zaton
tourist centre is located 2 km away and offers a diverse assortment of sport and
recreational opportunities. This newly constructed holiday house is located 150
m from the town centre where you will find numerous shops and restaurants, and
the sea and beaches are located within 400 m of the house. Three private parking
places for guests are located in front of the holiday house. This holiday house
contains two beautifully furnished holiday apartments and a room rated 1st
category (***). Apartment no.1 and room no.3 can be combined to form a single
large accommodation unit for 5-6 persons. The host lives nearby and use of a
clothes washing machine at the host’s house can be arranged. House pets are
welcome. Barbecue and seating furniture available in the grassed garden
courtyard.
