This rather attractive holiday house is situated in a
tranquil location, right beside the sea in the settlement of Seget Vranjic, 5 km
away from Trogir. Transfer to and from Split Airport can be arranged. A
restaurant can be found within 50 m and shop within 100 m. Each apartment has
its own garage or shaded parking space in front of the house. Two private boat
moorings are available in front of the house, nut are not included in the price.
Guests can arrange boat hire or a boating trip with the host. This holiday house
contains 5 apartments rated 1st category (****). Guests have access to a PC with
internet connection, garden barbecue, espresso coffee machine, microwave oven
and clothes washing machine. An all-day wellness program includes a 12 x 6 m
Jacuzzi pool with heated water and hydro-massage, swimming against the current,
underwater reflector for night time bathing, as well as deck chairs and beach
umbrellas. In respect of other guests, house pets are not welcome during the
summer months. A private beach is located in front of the holiday house, while a
nudist beach is situated 500 m away. A seaside promenade leads to a nearby
tourist village offering a rich palette of sporting and recreational facilities
and programs. The host can arrange to serve breakfast and dinner on the poolside
terrace.

Apartment no.1 for 2-3
persons, floor area of 45 m2, is located on the 1st floor. It contains a
double-bed room, bathroom, open-style kitchen with dining area and fold away
couch-be for one person, sat TV, air conditioning unit, and a large terrace with
a lovely view to the sea.

persons, floor area of 60 m2, is located on ground level. It contains two
double-bed rooms, bathroom, open-style kitchen with dining area and sat TV, air
conditioning unit, and a large terrace with a lovely view to the sea and access
to the pool.

persons, floor area of 70 m2, is located on the 2nd floor. It contains two
double-bed rooms, bathroom, open-style kitchen with dining area and fold away
couch-bed for one person, sat TV, air conditioning unit, and a large terrace
with a lovely view to the sea.

Apartment no.4 for 6-8
persons, floor area of 130 m2, occupies two levels on the 1st and 2nd floor. The
lower level contains a kitchen, living and dining room with fold away couch-bed
for one person, sat TV and air conditioning unit, toilet and 30 m2 terrace with
a lovely view to the sea. The upper area contains three double-bed rooms – one
of the rooms contains an additional bed and bathroom.
