This holiday house is located in an exceptionally attractive
and quiet location in Premantura - Pula, on the verge of "Kamenjak" Nature Park,
marked by a detailed coastline and kilometer long beaches. The proximity of the
seashore is suited to a variety of water sports and activities. Outside of the
tourist season this location is open to hunting possibilities, especially in
regards to small game (rabbit, pheasant and quail), as well as competition
fishing, an intensive all year round sport. This holiday house is located 400 m
from the sea and beach. A restaurant can be found within 50 m, shop within 200 m
and diving center within 500 m. Boat moorings are available in the marina, but
are not included in the price. Parking is available in front of the holiday
house. Guests can choose from 3 apartments rated 1st category (***). House pets
are not welcome.

Apartment No.1 for 4-5 persons, 50 m2 floor area, is located on ground level. It contains two double-bed rooms, bathroom, open style kitchen with dining area, sofa bed for one person, sat TV, air conditioning unit, microwave oven, as well as a terrace with seating furniture.

Studio-apartment No.2 for 2-3 persons, 25 m2 floor area, is located on ground level. It is comprised of a single space with double-bed, additional single bed, kitchen block with dining area, sat TV, air conditioning unit, bathroom, as well as a terrace with seating furniture.
