This rather attractive newly constructed house is located
in Grabovac near the Plitvice Lakes National Park. Thirty kilometers of
pedestrian and bike trails as well as tennis courts can be found nearby.
A restaurant can be found in the immediate vicinity while shops and the
neighborhood center can be found within 500 m. Besides touring the renowned
Plitvice Lakes, the region also offers a rich choice of activities such
as hunting, fishing, winter skiing, rafting… With the possibility of overnight
Inquirys, this house makes for an ideal stopover on your way to or
from the sea. Private parking is available. This house contains 18 spacious
rooms rated 1st category (***), all with central heating, sat TV and air
conditioning. A child's crib can be provided on request. Toiletries are
provided with the bathroom. Smaller house pets are welcome. Together with
the neighboring house (house no.321), in which breakfast and a wide assortment
of affordable menu meals are served, up to 52 persons can be accommodated,
which is the equivalent to a busload of people!
