This rather attractive holiday house is situated in a
tranquil location in Crikvenica. The sea, seaside promenade and central beach
are about 400 m away. A shop can be found within 300 m and restaurant within 50
m. This holiday house contains three apartments rated 1st category (***).
On-site parking for 3 cars – other cars can park in the public space in-front of
the house. Boat moorings can be obtained in the harbour and marina in Crikvenica,
but are not included in the price. Use of clothes washing machine is available.
House pets are welcome.

located on the 2nd floor. It contains two double-bed rooms, a room with three
beds, two bathrooms, open style kitchen and dining area, sofa bed for one person,
and a 25 m2 furnished terrace with a lovely view to the sea. An additional
kitchen with dining area, sat TV and sofa bed for one person is included with
this apartment.

Apartment no.2 for 2-3 persons is
located on the 1st floor. It contains a double-bed room and additional bed,
bathroom, open style kitchen and dining area with sat TV, and a furnished
terrace with a lovely view to the sea.

Apartment no.3 for 7-9 persons, floor
area of 130 m2, is located on ground level. It contains two double-bed rooms, a
room with three beds, two bathrooms, large open style kitchen with dining area,
sat TV, sofa bed for two persons, and a large furnished terrace with a lovely
view to the sea. The garden area with barbecue facility is accessed from the
terrace, and belongs exclusively to this apartment.
