This rather attractive newly renovated holiday house is
located in Crikvenica, immediately beside the sea and beach. Shops and
restaurants can be found within 150 m, while the town centres of Crikvenica and
Selce are 1,000 m away via a seaside promenade. This holiday house contains 7
apartments rated 1st category (***). Private parking is provided on-site and
in-front of the house. Boats can be secured to the buoy in-front of the house (not
included in the price). Several sets of out-door seating furniture and a garden
barbecue can be found in the nurtured garden planted with Mediterranean
vegetation. Use of clothes washing machine is available. House pets are welcome
only in apartments nos. 4 and 5. Panoramic boat tips can be arranged with the
host.

floor, and each contain a double-bed room, bathroom, kitchen with living area
and sofa bed for two person, microwave oven, sat TV, as well as a furnished
terrace with a lovely view to the sea.

Studio apartment no.2 for 2-3 persons is located on the
1st floor. It contains a single space with double bed, sofa bed for one person,
kitchen unit, microwave oven, sat TV, air conditioning unit and bathroom, as
well as a furnished terrace with a lovely view to the sea.

Apartment no.3 for 4 persons is located on the 1st floor.
It contains a double-bed room, bathroom, kitchen with living area and sofa bed
for two persons, microwave oven, sat TV, air conditioning unit, as well as a
furnished terrace with a lovely view to the sea.

Apartment no.5 for 4-5 persons is located on the ground
floor. It contains a double-bed room with additional bed, bathroom, kitchen with
living area and sofa bed for two persons, microwave oven, sat TV, as well as a
furnished terrace with a lovely view to the sea.

Apartments no.6+7 for 5 persons are located in the loft,
and each contain a double-bed room, another double-bed room and additional bed,
bathroom, kitchen with living area, microwave oven, sat TV, and air conditioning
