This rather attractive holiday house is located in the
very center of Crikvenica, approximately 100 m from the sea and central
beach. A promenade with countless shops and restaurants can be found within
100 m. The house contains two apartments rated 1st category (***). Larger
groups can be accommodated, because an additional 11 persons can be billeted
in the auxiliary building. Street parking is available in front of the
house. Boat moorings are available in the marina only 100 m away (but are
not included in the price). Garden barbecue is available. Clothes washing
machine available. House pets are not welcome.

level and contains two double-bed rooms, a single-bed room, bathroom with
tub and shower unit, open style kitchen with dining area and supplementary
sleeping space, sat TV, and a furnished garden terrace.

floor; it is quite spacious and contains a double-bed room, a single-bed
room, bathroom, kitchen with dining area, spacious lounge room with 2 supplementary
