This rather attractive house is located in Crikvenica
right beside the sea and beach. Shops and restaurants are located within
150 m, while the very center of Crikvenica and Selce is within 1.000 m.
Guests can chose between three comfortable holiday apartments rated 2nd
category (**). Private car parking is available next to the house. A private
boat mooring is available in front of the house, but is not included in
the price. Shared usage of a washing machine (for clothing), several terraces
with out-door furniture and barbecue area are available. House pets are
welcome.

floor and contains two double bed rooms, one single bedroom, bathroom,
kitchen, lounge room with sat TV and large terrace with a view to the sea.

Apartment No.2 for 4-5 persons is located on the 1st
floor and contains two double bed rooms with supplementary sleeping space,
bathroom, kitchen, small lounge room and large terrace with a view to the
sea.

level and contains a double bed room, bathroom, large lounge room with
double bed, supplementary sleeping space, sat TV and large enclosed terrace
with kitchen and dining area.
