is located in an exceptionally attractive position in the Town of Cres
approximately 50 m from the sea. A walkway adjacent the house leads to
the Old Town Center and ACI Marina, Cres. Nearby you can find shops, restaurants
and a sports center. The house contains 4 apartments rated 1st category
(***). Parking is available in front of the house. Boat moorings are available
in nearby ACI Marina but are not included in the price. House pets are
welcome. A bicycle, scooter, and boat can be hired from your host, with
whom you can also arrange boat trips to nearby beaches.
