This rather attractive holiday house is located in a tranquil setting in
Kampor. The sea and "Veli Mel" sandy beach is 1000 m away. A shop can be found
within 20 m and restaurant within 200 m. On-site parking is available. A private
boat mooring is available in Punta Kampor Marina, but is not included in the
price. Guests can choose from 3 apartments, a garden bungalow and village house
located approximately 600 m away. Barbecue and seating furniture in the garden.
House pets are welcome. Clothes washing machine is available for use. Use of air
conditioning unit is separately charged onsite.
- Apartment no.1 for 4-5 persons, approximately 70 m2 floor area, is located on
the 2nd floor and contains two double-bed rooms, bathroom, open-style kitchen
and living area with sofa bed for one person, sat TV, air conditioning unit as
well as a terrace with seating furniture and a view to the sea.

Apartment no.2 for 6 persons, approximately 120 m2 floor area, is located on the
1st floor and contains three double-bed rooms, each room with ensuite bathroom,
spacious open-style kitchen and living area with microwave oven, sat TV, air
conditioning unit as well as a 20 m2 terrace with seating furniture and a view
to the sea.

Apartment no.3 for 8-11 persons, approximately 160 m2 floor area, is located on
ground level and contains four double-bed rooms, each room with ensuite bathroom,
spacious open-style kitchen and living area with microwave oven, dish washing
machine, sat TV, and a 40 m2 covered terrace with seating furniture.

Garden bungalow no.4 for 4 persons is a standalone structure and contains two
double-bed rooms, bathroom, open-style kitchen with dining, sat TV as well as a
terrace with seating furniture.

Village house no.5 for 4-7 persons is located in an idyllic setting and contains
a double-bed room with additional bed, another double-bed room with sofa bed for
two persons, bathroom, kitchen with dining, dish washing machine, sat TV, and a
large garden terrace with seating furniture and garden barbecue.
