This rather attractive family home is located in a quiet
location in the Old Town Center close to the
sea and beach. Countless shops, restaurants and cafes can be found in the
immediate vicinity. As with all homes in the town center, private parking
is not available. By acquiring a parking permit, however, you can park
in designated areas in town without charge. Boat moorings are available
in Rab Harbor, but are not included in the price. The house contains two
rooms with use of kitchen, and is rated 1st category (***). Barbecue and
out-door seating facilities are available in the garden terrace. Clothes
washing machine is available. House pets are not welcome.
